By downloading, accessing, or using Sovia, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Sovia. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms.
2. What Sovia provides
Sovia provides tools for personal reflection, organizing memories and actions, and generating AI-assisted prompts and summaries. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.
Sovia is not a medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional service. It is not designed for diagnosis, treatment, crisis response, or emergencies. If you may be in danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
3. AI-generated content
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. It may not reflect Sovia’s views and should not replace your judgment. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to act on any output.
Sovia uses Google Gemini to generate AI responses. Your use of AI features is also subject to the provider limitations described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you create in Sovia. When you use an AI feature, you authorize us to process and transmit the content needed to provide that feature. This permission is limited to providing and securing the requested service and ends when the processing is complete, subject to third-party retention described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for your content and for ensuring that you have the right to submit it.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse Sovia, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, evade safety controls, reverse engineer the service where prohibited by law, or use it to violate law or another person’s rights. You may not submit content intended to exploit, harm, or facilitate abuse of others.
6. Third-party services
Sovia relies on services provided by Apple, Cloudflare, and Google. Their services and terms may affect feature availability and data processing. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
7. Availability and termination
We may suspend or limit access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or misuse prevention. You may stop using Sovia at any time and delete local data through the app or by removing the app.
8. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sovia is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sovia and its provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, opportunities, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
10. Changes and contact
